Procedure
One day per week from 9.00 am, Radschaft collects the compost buckets from private households, empties the contents into mobile containers and returns the buckets to their original place. The compost bucket with a capacity of 8-10 liters should, if space is available, be placed on your own property, near the letterbox or entrance area for example. The collection of compostable waste has not yet become established in Basel, which is why depositing compost bins on public ground is still a sensitive issue. The pick-up day depends on the district.
The products you order will be delivered on the same day as the pick-ups and deposited in the milk box.
